Carolina Style Roasted Chicken with Sweet BBQ Sauce.
Ingredients:
1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
2 tablespoons @bbqbrosrubs “Carolina Style Rub”
Juice of 1 lemon
⅓ cup olive oil
Directions:
- Combine the @bbbqbros “Carolina Style Rub”, lemon juice, and olive oil to a bowl and mix well.
- Use the spice mix to marinate the chicken.
- Place in 370 degree oven for 25 minutes.
